    Team effectiveness, often boils down to team dynamics and productivity, measures the team's capacity to achieve its goals and objectives. We work with leaders and their teams to find ways in improving team effectiveness, no matter at what stage of forming, storming norming, and performing the team currently is. Nothing is worse than having great people who are not able to work well together and do not reach the maximum potential they could deliver together.

    Off-site is a widely used technique. It consists of providing the possibility of performing professional activities inside or outside of the company. This type of work has been growing and generating greater results for companies, with better quality of life for employees. We specialize in designing and running business offsites that bring people together, improve bonding and connectivity with each other, create shared memories and vocabularies they can bring back to their workplace and teams, and ultimately have better teamwork and team performance.

  • Small Group Coaching

    Group coaching, which can also be referred to as peer group coaching, brings together a group of employees for a specific purpose, or goal. For example, peer coaching groups may bring together new people leaders, a leadership peer group, high-potentials, or executives across departments. We specialize in helping senior leaders and HR teams to design small group coaching initiative, co-create an internal promotion and communication plan, and facilitate the actual conversations.

  • 1:1 Executive Coaching

    Meeting one-on-one with senior leaders within an organization (such as a director, vice president, president, or member of the C-suite), our executive coach provides a safe, structured, and trustworthy environment in which to offer support for the individual. We also help the leaders understand their current competencies, see how they’re perceived by others, and focus on identifying and clarifying current goals as well as the appropriate action steps to reach those goals.
