Paul Choi,
Founder, Twoplus Consulting

Paul was the Group Head of Human Resources of Hong Kong Exchange before becoming the Founder and Principal Consultant of Twoplus Consulting, a HK-based organization development and training firm that specializes in leadership development, diversity & inclusion, organization culture and HR strategy.  Prior to Hong Kong Exchange, Paul has spent almost 20 years at Goldman Sachs as Managing Director in Human Capital Management division, and was responsible for Goldman Sachs University and Talent Branding in addition to his broad leadership capacity in the organization.  Paul spent his early careers as a business and IT consultant at Andersen Consulting, an officer in Credit department of JP Morgan Trust, and also a re-engineering consultant for Industrial Bank of Japan in New York and London for its merger and acquisition transition into Mizuho.


He has been advising senior executives of corporates and non-profit organizations in the areas of management development, executive coaching, team building and group dynamics, talent assessment, diversity people strategy and management, succession planning, corporate culture, and HR and people strategy.  Paul has deep expertise in multinational corporates especially in the financial services sector across Asia Pacific, non-profits, and small business organizations.  He has previously lived and worked in New York, London, Tokyo and Shanghai, in many environments, and with all levels of management.


Paul is a role model in the Diversity and Inclusion space, and gave public speeches in corporate events and panels.  Paul was featured in numerous mainland and local news on his contribution to promote LGBT inclusion in companies and in the community.  Paul is capable to speak in an intimate small group setting as well as a large group of audience such as a convention environment. His style of speaking is engaging and participatory.


Paul sits on the board of Community Business since 2021, and is a core member of Hong Kong Marriage Equality.  Paul has coached hundreds of senior executives, and is a mentor of hundreds of junior professionals across Asia Pacific.  Paul teaches MBA and undergraduate students in Universities, and offered pro-bono services to non-profit organizations and their leadership teams.
